| K&N Air Filter Install on a
'03 Mach 1
This kit covers Mustang Mach 1 from 2003-2004
Note: The same procedure can be used on any mustang check the
application guide from K&N

needed:
very small ratchet driver w/ 8mm bit
Start by unscrewing the airbox. NOTE:
Air silencer already removed...

Pop off the ram-air tube from the airbox.
Unlatch the airbox from the mass air.
Take the stock orange filter out.
Put the K&N filter in the airbox.
Put the K&N-equipped airbox back and secure it with the latch and
screw.
Put the ram-air tube back into place. Put the supplied "STOP" sticker
on so people won't replace your air filter with a stock one.
You are done! You just added 5-6HP
